James Hodge -
Founder
James set up Equity Coaching in 2018 with the mission to inspire business leaders to invest in their most important assets, their people. To enable leaders and teams to grow their personal and professional brand equity through coaching.
James is an ICF Executive Coach with 25 years experience of leadership in Finance for blue chip companies. He has worked across a variety of industries from Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, FMCG and Retail Property Development.
James has coached executives from a diverse portfolio of companies with a focus on leadership and achieving excellent business results. With his experience as a qualified accountant and leadership of many pan-European teams, he knows about the challenges of leading a business first-hand.
